• We analyse the market and present a list of possible targets to the client.
• We contact the targets selected by the client to verify their willingness to negotiate.
• We work with the client to understand and analyse the strengths and weaknesses of each target.
• We run a financial analysis on each target.
• We provide a valuation of the targets that are of interest to the client.
• We devise a negotiating strategy and conduct the resulting negotiations always in close coordination with the client.
• Subsequent to the signing of the letter of intent, we coordinate the teams of consultants involved in the due diligence process.
• We work closely with the lawyers during the negotiations of the SPA and coordinate the activities required to achieve a successful closing of the transaction.
